Requirements
We are looking for dependable nannies who are committed to providing consistent, attentive, and high-quality child care.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous nanny or professional child care experience is preferred.
Ability to provide a safe, patient, and nurturing environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be responsible, dependable, and punctual.
Ability to follow family routines and parenting instructions.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A valid driver’s license may be required for some positions.
Must complete any required identity verification or background screening.
Responsibilities
As a nanny, you will provide dependable child care while supporting each family’s routines, expectations, and household needs.
- Supervise children and protect their safety and well-being.
- Create educational, creative, and age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals, snacks, or bottles when requested.
- Assist with homework, reading, and developmental activities.
- Manage nap schedules, bedtime routines, and daily transitions.
- Change diapers and assist with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Transport children to school, appointments, or activities when required.
- Keep children’s rooms, play areas, and belongings organized.
- Provide parents with regular updates about activities and concerns.
- Respect the family’s privacy, home, values, and household rules.
