Caregiver Agreement – KobiCare

By joining KobiCare as a caregiver, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Contractor Status

Caregivers are independent service providers and not employees of KobiCare or Protreon Inc.

2. Responsibilities

Caregivers agree to:

• Provide safe, reliable, and professional care

• Maintain accurate profiles and availability

• Communicate clearly with clients

• Deliver services as agreed

3. Background Checks & Verification

Caregivers may be required to complete identity verification and background screening.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through KobiCare. Caregivers agree not to accept off-platform payments for services arranged through KobiCare.

5. Cancellations

Caregivers must honor bookings or provide reasonable notice for cancellations.

6. Conduct

Caregivers must not:

• Engage in unsafe or abusive behavior

• Misrepresent qualifications

• Violate platform rules

7. Insurance

Caregivers are responsible for maintaining their own insurance if desired. KobiCare does not provide insurance coverage.

8. Account Suspension

KobiCare may suspend or remove caregivers who violate policies or receive repeated complaints.
