KobiCare Protect is designed to provide peace of mind for families and caregivers when services are booked and paid through the KobiCare platform.
1. What KobiCare Protect Covers
KobiCare Protect may provide support in the following situations:
Verified service failures
Caregiver no-shows or last-minute cancellations
Certain damages occurring during a booked service
Safety-related incidents reported through the platform
2. What Is Not Covered
KobiCare Protect does not cover:
Services booked outside of KobiCare
Pre-existing conditions or damages
Negligence or misconduct by users
Medical expenses or emergencies requiring insurance
Indirect or incidental damages
3. Claim Requirements
To qualify for protection:
The booking must be completed through KobiCare
