1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the caregiver. Users should review the caregiver’s policy before booking.


2. Refund Policy

All bookings are generally non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • Verified service failure

  • Caregiver cancellation

  • Platform error

In approved cases, refunds may be issued as:

  • Platform credits

  • Partial refunds (case-by-case)


3. Late Cancellations

Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.


4. Caregiver Cancellations

If a caregiver cancels, KobiCare will assist in finding a replacement or issuing a refund/credit.


5. Disputes
