KobiCare is built on trust, respect, and transparency. To maintain a safe and supportive community for caregivers, families, and pet owners, we’ve established the following Community Guidelines and Review Policy. All users are expected to follow these standards when using our platform.
1. Respectful Conduct
- Treat others with kindness, professionalism, and respect at all times.
- Hateful, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Disagreements should be handled constructively and without personal attacks.
2. Honest & Fair Reviews
- Reviews must be based on real experiences and reflect honest feedback.
- Do not post false, misleading, exaggerated, or defamatory statements.
- You may not manipulate reviews by posting for others or offering incentives for ratings.
3. Review Content Guidelines
- Avoid posting private or sensitive information (e.g., addresses, personal medical details).
- No profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
- Constructive feedback is welcome; malicious intent is not.
4. Retaliation & Review Abuse
- Threatening to leave a bad review unless specific demands are met is prohibited.
- Leaving a negative review in retaliation for unrelated issues (e.g., pricing disputes) may result in removal.
- Repeated review manipulation may lead to account suspension.
5. Review Moderation
- KobiCare reserves the right to hide, remove, or edit reviews that violate these guidelines.
- We may disable review functionality for users who abuse the system.
- All moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.
6. User-Generated Content
- Any content you post (messages, profiles, reviews, etc.) must comply with our Terms of Service and these guidelines.
- Content must be your own or properly licensed, and not infringe on copyright or privacy laws.
- We reserve the right to remove content that is harmful, offensive, misleading, or spammy.
7. Dispute Resolution
- If you feel a review is unfair or violates our policies, you may report it to:
