At KobiCare, we are committed to creating a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all users. This Customer Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for families, pet owners, and other clients who use the platform to book caregiving services. By using KobiCare, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Respect & Courtesy
- Treat all caregivers with respect, professionalism, and kindness.
- Avoid discriminatory, threatening, or harassing behavior or language.
- Provide a welcoming and safe environment for caregivers.
2. Transparency & Communication
- Provide accurate and complete information about your care needs (e.g., pet behavior, child allergies, routines).
- Be honest about scheduling needs and expectations.
- Respond to caregiver messages in a timely and courteous manner.
3. Safety & Environment
- Ensure the caregiving location (home, park, etc.) is safe, clean, and free of known hazards.
- Disclose any relevant health concerns, contagious illnesses, or household risks prior to booking.
- Do not expose caregivers to unsafe or inappropriate situations.
4. Payment & Platform Integrity
- Pay for all services through the KobiCare platform only. Do not offer or request off-platform payments.
- Honor the agreed-upon booking terms, including rates and schedule.
- Cancellations should be made in accordance with KobiCare's Cancellation Policy.
5. Pets & Animals
- Disclose any history of aggressive behavior, medical conditions, or training needs.
- Provide adequate food, supplies, and clear care instructions for pets.
- Ensure pets are up to date on required vaccinations and parasite prevention.
6. Children & Household Rules
- Provide clear instructions on care routines, emergency contacts, allergies, or medical issues.
- Respect caregivers' boundaries and refrain from inappropriate requests or conduct.
- Do not leave children unattended with a caregiver until both parties are comfortable and expectations are confirmed.
7. Reviews & Feedback
- Leave honest, fair, and respectful reviews after completed services.
- Do not use reviews as threats or leverage against caregivers.
- Contact KobiCare if you experience issues instead of posting defamatory or false claims.
8. Policy Violations
- Violations of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
- Severe violations (e.g., harassment, abuse, fraud) will be reported to legal authorities as appropriate.
